Invoices are payable in cash unless otherwise stated in writing.
Any consultation ordered and not cancelled within 15 minutes of your call will result in a lump sum reservation equivalent to 50% of the consultation price announced by phone, as a veterinarian is made available as of after your call.
Any amount not paid at the due date will incur an interest of 15% per annum from the day of the due date. Late payment interest will be applied as of right and without prior notice.
Regardless of these conventional late payment interest fees, the amount of any invoice not paid when due will automatically be increased by 15% with a minimum of €50 as a lump sum. This increase does not apply to medical fees. Each reminder also entails a lump sum of €10 for administrative costs.
Any claim must be submitted within 15 days after delivery by registered mail.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, including the justice of the peace of the third canton of Brussels.
